コメント ルーセント製品を使用するネットワークプロフェッショナルとして優秀であることを認定する試験。受験者にはLCTE (Lucent Certified Technical Expert)認定プログラムの受講が勧められる。資格の種類はAccess系の5資格、およびCore　Switch系の2資格があり、それぞれの分野での知識を問う。
