受験資格 中小企業組合業務に従事している者。又はしようとしている者。
受験内容 1. 組合制度
①中小企業組織論、②中小企業基本法、③中小企業等協同組合法、④中小企業団体組織の法律、
⑤商店街振興組合法
2. 組合運営
①組合運営通論、②共同事業運営論、③中小企業関係諸施策、④労務管理･労働法通論
3. 組合会計
①簿記、②会計、③税務
受験地  全国主要都市21箇所
受験日程  12月第1日曜日
受験料 5,000円（一部免除者は3,000円）
