3. 暗号化法
4. 個人認証技術などの利用と知識

●準1級
1. ファイヤウォール
2. 各サーバの管理
　3. アルゴリズム
4. CGIなどの構築と理解

●2級
1. ソフト・ハードの機能・性能
2. 周辺機器の接続
3. インターネットへの接続
4. ウイルス感染の予防・除去などの知識と利用

●3級
1. 周辺機器の用途
2. 電子メールの送受信
3. ネット上で利用者として守るべきマナー

コメント パソコンユーザーとしての能力を認定する試験。エンドユーザーとしての基礎知識、システム運用の応用力などをはかる。
