土地家屋調査士
受験資格 制限なし。ただし、口述試験は筆記試験の合格者。
受験内容 ●一次試験（多肢選択式）
不動産の表示に関する登記に関する事項で、土地家屋調査士の業務を行うについて必要な知識

●二次試験（記述）
1. 平面測量（トランシットおよび平板を用いる図根測量を含む）
2. 作図（縮図、伸図、地図表現の表現に関する作業を含む）

●口述試験
一次・二次試験科目の範囲および土地家屋調査士の業務を行うについて必要な知識
受験地 ●一次・二次試験
各法務局管轄の受験地（筆記試験受験票に記載されます。）
受験日程 ●一次試験・・・・8月下旬頃（同日の午前）

●二次試験・・・・8月下旬頃（同日の午後）

●口述試験・・・・11月中旬頃

コメント 不動産の持ち主からの以来を受け、登記に必要な土地や家屋の調査、測量を行い、申請手続きを行う。司法書士と併せ持つ日地も多く、勤務先も法務局、あるいは地方法務局が多い。
不動産関連の職種には有利になる。また、はじめから独立開業を考えている人にもメリットは大きい。
