②イメージファイル・拡張子・言語（SGML、HTML、XML）等電子化文書に関する応用知識　　　　　　　
③インターネット技術に関する基礎知識、④電子政府･電子商取引の動向　　　　　　　
⑤国際標準化動向、⑥電子公文書作成に関する実務知識、⑦IT関連法規全般　　　　　　　
⑧文書の電子保存関連法規、⑨ネットワークセキュリティの実務知識　　　　　　　
⑩暗号化と公開鍵認証基盤に関する実務知識など
受験地 札幌、仙台、東京、大阪、名古屋、福岡
受験日程 2月上旬、6月下旬頃（2回）
