◇実技
1. ロゴタイプ、タイプフェース、カリグラフィー技術
2. 色彩表現
3. タイポグラフティーの指定・指示
受験地 北海道、宮城、東京、石川、愛知、大阪、岡山、福岡
受験日程 6月上旬頃

合格発表日 試験後40日以内
コメント 雑誌や新聞などのタイトルや見出、デザイン文字を作成する。デジタル時代の現代、造形デザインの基礎となる技術として注目されている。クリエイティブな仕事をしたい人にはぴったりの資格だ。
1級の合格率は、平均５パーセントとかなり低い。レタリングとそれに関わる領域の広い知識と、高度な専門技術が問われる。
